One of the most neglected aspects of fitness training today is the concept that one specific exercise and diet will work for all. It's vital to understand your body is different from your neighbors, and how it responds to different exercises and diets will be different as well. That's why Guam Athletic Training Systems has a 3-step program to ensure you have the perfect exercise "prescription" to attain the physique you are looking for

Step 1. Consultation & Cost


Your free consultation involves a detailed analysis of your current vital statistics. This entails a number of things (and that you are comfortable with) including your body weight, body fat percentage, resting and active heart rate, current metabolic rate and current strength/cardio levels. This information, along with your fitness goals, will be analyzed in order to assure you get the right training prescription to reach your goals.

The cost is broken down per session. Current rates as of 10/08 are $30 for a 30 minute session or $45 for an hour. Sessions are four weeks ahead of time for however many sessions you will have for the month to ensure your commitment to the program. While affordability and time availability are the primary factors in determining how many sessions clients desire per month, on the regular we advise at least 2 sessions per week for best results. Step 2. Training Sessions


Training sessions last a minimum of 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of program prescribed to you. On the average, most programs involve light stretching, a brief cardio session and finish with a strength training circuit. How much of each you will do fully depends upon your current physical state and your future goals. Clients vary widely and yours may be nothing like this! DISCLAIMER: SESSIONS ARE INTENSE! We serve not only to design your program specifically for you, but to get the most out of you every workout.

Step 3. Bi-Monthly Statistics


Every two weeks we take your body fat and body fat percentage to keep track of your progress. This data will be compiled and given to you to promote motivation and consistency during your training. Online access to your reports will also soon be a reality. While you will begin to immediately feel your progress it's also important to see your progress on paper. As much of your transformation will be a physical one you'll find your mental abilities will be enhanced as well simply by staying focused and motivated at your current goal.
